Food –

Sunday Lunch – On Sunday’s we open at Midday with traditional servings of Roast Beef alongside sharing options like whole roast & carved Chicken or stuffed saddle of lamb. Seasonal sides for the table to share accompany all main courses, with lighter fish & vegetarian options too, of course.

Wine –

Wild Flor’s wine list mirrors its menu in balancing quality & value. Lesser known varieties sit alongside the finest examples of grapes & blends from around the world. Where our wine list stands out, however, is providing aged wines at good value.

the Team

Robert Maynard, Faye Hudson & James Thomson run front of house operations as owners with many years experience at some of the city & counties most respected eateries. All three have known each other for many years & share a common enthusiasm for the restaurant experience & bringing all that they love about dining to Hove.

Chris Trundle joined the team as head chef in August 2020 following spells as head chef at Lyle’s in Shoreditch & Manfred’s in Copenhagen, bringing with him a hyper-seasonal & fresh edge to our menu of classic cookery. He leads Laurence & Will in the Wild Flor kitchen team & we’re excited to watch the gradual evolution take place over the coming months.
